Konica Minolta carries out activities related to the collection and processing of used materials, tailored to legal requirements, market conditions, and the specificities of each country. The company's branches in different countries implement their own solutions for the collection and recycling of consumable materials. In Europe, Konica Minolta has taken appropriate measures in accordance with the European Union directive on the disposal of electrical and electronic waste (WEEE II).

Additionally, Konica Minolta operates the "Clean Planet Program" which involves the implementation of an advanced recycling system for production printing consumables in selected countries, as well as the return of used toner cartridges for Konica Minolta Magicolor and PagePro laser printers in 18 European countries.
