CONTROLLER OF PERSONAL DATA
The Controller of your personal data is Konica Minolta Business Solutions Polska Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, 44 Krakowiaków St., 02-255 Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller"). The Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted at e-mail address: daneosobowe@konicaminolta.pl.

PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Your personal data shall be processed for the following purposes:
1) concluding and implementing the order,
2) keeping correspondence related to the order,
3) processing of complaints,
4) fulfilment of obligations arising from accounting regulations,
5) investigating and defense against claims.

LEGAL BASIS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is:
1) the necessity of their processing for the purpose of entering and performing the contract (Article 6.1.b) of the GDPR),
2) the fulfilment of the Controller's legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f) GDPR) related to conducting correspondence,
3) fulfilment of the Controller's legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f) GDPR) related to the processing of complaints,
4) fulfilment of the Controller's legal obligation (Article 6.1.c) GDPR), related to keeping the Controller's accounts, resulting in particular from the Tax Ordinance Act of 29 August, 1997, the Accounting Act of 29 September, 1994 and the Value Added Tax Act of 11 March, 2004,
5) fulfilment of the Controller's legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f) GDPR) related to the investigation and defense against claims related to the sale of products and services.

RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data will be accessed by the Controller's employees, subcontractors, entities providing services to the Controller (i.e. telecommunications, IT and technical support, as well as legal and courier services,) who need to access the data to perform their duties.
Data may be made available to entities authorized by law. Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area. 

RETENTION PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data will be stored until the expiration of the periods resulting from the relevant legislation, i.e. until the expiration of the periods associated with the retention of tax records, which may be extended by the statute of limitations for civil law claims, if applicable.

YOUR RIGHTS IN RELATION TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
You have the right to:
  • request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability,
  • where the processing of your personal data is based on the Controller's legitimate interests, to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for reasons related to your particular situation,
  • where the basis for the processing of personal data is consent, to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the legality of processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal,
  • lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

WHY ARE YOU PROVIDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
The provision of your personal data is necessary for the conclusion of a contract, and failure to do so will result in the impossibility of its conclusion and performance of the contract, as well as the fulfilment of the statutory obligations imposed on the Controller.
USE OF PERSONAL DATA FOR AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING, INCLUDING PROFILING
Your personal data will not be used to make automated decisions, including profiling.
